Obituary

BOARDMAN- There will be a funeral service held on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at 12:00 p.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman, with Pastor Paul Bergeson, officiating for Anna M. "Peggy" White, 64, who passed away Thursday afternoon, May 12,2011 with her loving family by her side. Anna will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. Anna was born April 25, 1947, in Youngstown the daughter of Paul and Margaret (Olson) White and was a Youngstown resident most of her life, residing in Austintown with her daughter. She was a 1965 graduate from Struthers High School, and worked for Boardman Park as their office manager. She was also the past president of DARE singles group, and previous was secretary for West Boulevard School PTA. Anna enjoyed the great outdoors, walking in parks, and all animals. But she mostly enjoyed and loved spending time with her grandchildren, and was mostly proud of being a stay at home mom raising her children. She will be greatly missed by her children, a daughter Flecka (Scott) Cochran of Austintown, with whom she made her home, a son Paul (Heather) White of Boardman, a sister Judith Phillips of Struthers, eight grandchildren, Cassandra and Nicholas Savo, Ryan, Justin and Ethan Cochran. and Alizabeth, Natalie and Dylan White along with her pet cat Harley. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her sister Deidre Savo. Friends may call on Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 10:00 to 11:45 at The Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Boardman. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of The Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St. Boardman.
