Boardman - There will be a Mass of Christian Burial held on Friday, November 18, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Christ Our Savior Parish, St. Nicholas Church, Struthers, preceded by a 9:15 a.m. prayer service held at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman for Antoinette Clara "Dee" Nespeca, 91, of Boardman, who peacefully passed away on Monday morning with her loving family by her side.

Antoinette will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends for her compassion and caring nature.

She was born April 15, 1925 in Youngstown, the daughter of Joseph and Josephine (Nigro) DeLuco and was a lifelong area resident.

Antoinette was a 1944 graduate of East High School and a longtime member of St. Nicholas Church, Struthers.

Antoinette retired in 1979 as a bookkeeper from Super X Drug Store, but she was most proud of being a wife, mother grandmother and great grandmother. Dee was a true matriarch of her family and she always put them first. They will miss all her excellent cooking and baking of Italian delicacies, especially the perfect Sunday dinners of spaghetti and meatballs.

Antoinette had many passions throughout her life. She enjoyed bowling along with socializing with her family and friends.

Her husband Dominic R. Nespeca whom she married November 28, 1945 died December 9, 2010.

Dee leaves behind to hold onto her precious memories her beloved three children Rod (Karen) Nespeca of Boardman, Nancy (Joseph) Frank of Austintown, and Janet (George) Mavrikis of Boardman, six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Besides her parents and husband, Antoinette was preceded in death by a sister Marie Delphry and four brothers Arthur, Vincent, Thomas and Anthony DeLuco.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home 4700 Market St., Boardman.

Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown.
