AKRON - Betty Gina (Muccillo) Webb, 79, passed away on Nov. 15, 2015. She was born in Youngstown on July 25, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Gina Muccillo. Betty earned her B.S. degree in Education from Youngstown State University and received a Master's Degree in Supervision from Westminster College. She taught for 27 years with Youngstown Public Schools. She was married on Jan. 2, 1989, to Earl William Webb, who passed away on Jan. 13, 2009. Betty was a member of St. Vincent Church in Akron and Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Basilica in Youngstown. She developed a love for reading at a young age and felt blessed to have many supportive, close friends and neighbors, and a tight-knit family. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Rosemary Muccillo; nieces and nephews Gina (Tim) Dixon of Salem, Lisa (William) Dallas of Medina, and Ed (Gretchen) Muccillo of Gilbert, Ariz.; and great-nieces and great-nephews Michael, Scott, Katie Dallas and Alyssa Muccillo. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and brother Edwin Muccillo. Friends and family will be received on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, from noon to 2 p.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home at 4700 Market St., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial, which will be celebrated at 2:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Mt.
