YOUNGSTOWN — Betzaida Feliciano, 64, passed away peacefully on Thursday evening, May 28, 2026, with her loving family by her side.

Betzaida was born September 23, 1961, in Lares, Puerto Rico, a daughter of Miguel and Carmen Luisa (Ramos) Rivera. As a child, she moved with her family to New York, where she resided until relocating to the Youngstown area in 1997.

A devoted homemaker, Betzaida dedicated her life to caring for her family, who were always her greatest joy and highest priority. She loved preparing delicious meals for her loved ones and cherished the time spent together creating lasting memories. She also found great happiness tending to her flower garden.

Betzaida leaves to cherish her memory her children, Neem (Sara) Perez, Edwardo Perez, Alex Perez, Victor Feliciano, Wilfredo (Lissandra) Rivera, Betsy Peterson, and Jose (Aullisha) Feliciano; 22 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; her sister, Nidia Nieves; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

In addition to her parents, Betzaida was preceded in death by her husband Wilfredo Feliciano and her brother, Papo.

Family and friends may pay their respects from 10:00 a.m. until 10:55 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street, Boardman. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m.
