Obituary

Youngstown - There will be a Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Maron Church, 1555 S. Meridian Rd., Youngstown, with Chorbishop Michael Kail officiating for Cecilia Ann Hull, 82, of Youngstown, who passed away peacefully early Friday morning, May 20, 2011. Cecilia will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends She was born January 31, 1929, in Youngstown, the daughter of Charles and Annie (Zeiter) Abraham and was a lifelong area resident. Cecilia was employed at Hull's Food Market on Woodland Ave., and later worked with her husband, Roy at Hull's Super Duper in New Garden, Ohio. She was a 1949 graduate of East High School and enjoyed gardening along with holding family dinners and gatherings. She was an active member of St. Maron Church, the Over 50 Club, and the Ladies' Sodality at the church. Cecilia also volunteered at Our Lady of Lebanon Shrine and was active with the Shrine's 25 Club. Cecilia enjoyed traveling to Florida with her husband in their motor home where they would spend the winter months. Her husband Roy E. Hull whom she married December 1, 1974 died November 14, 1991. She leaves behind to hold on to her memories two sisters Elizabeth Ellis of Youngstown and Helen Toth of McDonald, two step sons Eric (Hedi) Hull and Philip Hull, six step grandchildren, several step great grandchildren, eighteen nieces and nephews, forty-nine great nieces and nephews and 12 great-great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded in death by four brothers infant Joseph, infant Anthony, infant John and Thomas C. Abraham, two sisters Mary Detec and Susan Saker and a nephew Victor Detec. Friends may call on Sunday, May 22, 2011, from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. where the Prayers of Incense Service will be held at 6:45 p.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman, and calling hours will also be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:50 a.m. at St. Maron Church, 1555 S. Meridian Rd., Youngstown. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown. Cecilia's family would like to thank the entire staff at The Inn at Christine Valley for all their care and compassion shown to Cecilia during her stay with them.
