She was born August 23, 1929 in Bessemer, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Joseph and Rose (Zarlingo) Tesone. Dolores was raised in Youngstown and as a young girl they moved to Boardman. Dolores was a 1947 graduate of South High School and went on to graduate from Youngstown College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation she worked for General Fireproofing and her proudest job was working with her father Joseph, the founder and owner of Tesone's Shoes and Repair. He had remained as one of the most important men in her life. Dolores was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church and her faith in God kept her strong through life. Family was important to Dolores and she was a proud homemaker, most of her life. Raising and nurturing her family came natural to her and she always put her family first. Dolores enjoyed cooking, baking and exchanging recipes with family and friends. She always had a baked good on the counter top for all to enjoy. Her greatest joys were her grandchildren and following them in baseball, softball, basketball and swimming. They will all miss their Grama "D" very much. She leaves to cherish her memories her husband of over 58 years Dan DiDomenico whom she married on April 7, 1956, her children John J. DiDomenico, Cindy (Brian) Kubala, and Joseph (Amy) DiDomenico all of Boardman, five grandchildren Ashley (FiancAC.e Jermain Moncrief) DiDomenico, Alex DiDomenico, Daniel, Marissa and Nicholas Kubala all of Boardman, and two great grandchildren Alayah and Julianah Moncrief. She also leaves many other family and friends close to her heart. Besides her parents Dolores was preceded in death by a sister Josephine Amadio.
