Julie Christina
(Ladas) Beshara
April 6, 1967 – February 11, 2016
Boardman – There will be a Trisagion service held on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 4:00 pm at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman, with Father Joseph DiStefano officiating, for Julie Christina (Ladas) Beshara, 48, of Boardman, who passed away Thursday evening, February 11, 2016 with her loving husband and daughters by her side. Julie will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends for her compassion, her contagious laugh, her personality that always brightened the room, and so many other wonderful qualities. She was born April 6, 1967 in Syracuse, New York, the daughter of Chris and Sophia "Sue" (Savas) Ladas and moved to the Youngstown area as a young child. Julie was a 1985 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School where she was Captain of the cheerleading squad and then earned her Associates Degree as a Radiological Technician from Kent State University. Even though Julie was employed for over 20 years with Jameson Hospital as an X-Ray Technician, her first priority was always her family and being a homemaker. She took so much pride in watching her daughters grow up and never missed one of their school functions or sporting events. She loved going shopping and getting her nails done with them. For Julie as long as they were together that was most important. Julie was a member of St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and Goya. She also was a lifetime member and past president of the PTA, was a volunteer and avid supporter for the American Cancer Society and was past president of Community Swim Club. Julie enjoyed going out to dinner, socializing, and watching TV, but most of all she loved taking the annual family vacation to the beach. She leaves behind to hold on to her precious memories her beloved husband of over 24 years John Michael Beshara whom she married on May 4, 1991, two daughters Taylor Beshara of Youngstown and Emily Beshara of Boardman, a sister Joy Kish of Boardman, a brother Jim Ladas of Washington State, her nieces and nephews; Desiree Gabriel, Christen (Anthony) Kladitis, Lindsey (Tony) Velez, Carolyn Ladas, Nicholas Ladas, a great niece Isabella Kladitis, a great nephew Carmen Kladitis along with her beloved dog Shelby and cat Carlos and numerous friends. Julie was preceded in death by her parents. Family and friends may pay their respects from 12:00 pm until 3:50 pm on Saturday, February 20, 2016 at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman. Material contributions may be made in Julie's name to Hospice House, 9803 Sharrott Rd., Poland, Ohio 44514. Julie's family would like to express their heartfelt Thanks to the entire staff of the Hospice House for all the care and compassion shown to all of them, but especially to Julie during this difficult time.
