Obituary

Boardman - There will be a Divine Liturgy of Christian Burial held on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Maron Church, 1555 S. Meridian, Rd., Youngstown, with Chorbishop Michael Kail officiating for Justin Ross Treharn, 30, of Boardman, who passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2011 at his residence. Justin will always be remembered and loved by his family and friends for his award winning smile and outgoing personality. He was born September 3, 1981 in Youngstown the son of Charles Anthony and Alida Marie (Joseph) Treharn and was a lifelong area resident. Justin was a 1999 graduate of Boardman High School and attended Youngstown State University for 3 years. He was returning in January to finish his last 2 semesters where he was majoring in Computer Science and Criminal Justice. He was a devoted and loving son who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Justin enjoyed fishing, golfing, reading and the art of debating politics. He recently told his dad that he had wonderful memories of them fishing at Pine Lake when he was younger. Justin was well liked by all who met him especially all the ladies who worked at the County Court Houses whom he visited when he made his rounds while working for Atty. J. Gerald Ingram. Justin also worked in landscaping, retail and construction for A.P. O'Horo Company. He leaves behind to hold on to his precious memories his parents Charles Anthony and Alida Marie Treharn of Boardman, a brother Matthew John Treharn of Boardman, two uncles Bruce (Karen) Joseph of Boardman and Anthony (Jeane) Joseph of Dublin, Ohio, two aunts Valerie (John) Vranich of Gibsonia, Pennsylvania and Lucy (Dan) Woodward of Dallas, Texas, along with many cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Herman Leroy (Roseann) Treharn, maternal grandparents Joseph M. (Maria) Joseph and his beloved pet dog Cheech. Friends may call on Wednesday, September 14, 2011 from 4:00 p.m. until 6:50 p.m. at St. Maron Church, 1555 S. Meridian Rd., Youngstown. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman.
