Boardman - Larry W. Pregenzer, 59, of Boardman, passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2014 after a month long illness at St. Elizabeth Hospital. Larry was born August 4, 1954 in Youngstown, the son of Norman F. Pregenzer and Barbara Buckner and was a lifelong area resident. He was a graduate of Austintown Fitch High School and upon graduation he became a talented auto mechanic which he did for most of his life. Larry will always be remembered and loved by his family and friends for his generous personality, willingness to always help others and his love for gardening. He is survived and will be sadly missed by a sister Jeanne (William) Candella of Canfield, a nephew Kristopher Kunig of Florida, a niece Stephanie Hoover and her children Cade, Kenny, Braeden and Jack all of Poland. He was preceded in death by his mother Barbara Buckner, father Norman Pregenzer and a brother Brent Pregenzer. There were private services held on Saturday, March 1, 2014 for Larry.
