Salem - There was a funeral service held on Thursday, December 22, 2011 with Pastor Jerry Hunt officiating for Lois A. Wright, 74, of Salem, who passed away early Monday morning, December 19, 2011 with her loving family by her side. Lois will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. She was born March 18, 1937 in Greenford, the daughter of John and Pearl A. (Hartman) Schaffer. She leaves behind to hold on to her memories a daughter Vicky (Dave) Cable, two grandchildren Christina Shultz and Jeff McDevitt, two great grandchildren, a brother Ray (Joanne) Schaffer, and three sisters Catherine Yaniw, Savilla (Jack) McCabe, and Marjorie Parks. . Besides her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers, a sister, three half brothers, and a half sister. Burial took place at Greenlawn Cemetery.
