Margaret A. "Marge" Smith California - There will be a Memorial Mass of Christian Burial held on Saturday, November 30, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 343 Via Mount Carmel, Youngstown, with the Very Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio Jr. officiating for Margaret A. "Marge" Smith, 91, of Sierra Madre, California, formerly of Youngstown, who passed away September 25, 2013. Marge will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. She was born November 23, 1921 in Youngstown the daughter of John and Anne (Jankovic) Strauss and moved to Southern California in 1946 until her passing. Marge was a graduate of the Buckeye School and a 1940 graduate of Struthers High School. She was a former employee of Youngstown Sheet and Tube Corp. She leaves to cherish her memory a daughter, Peggy Smith, of Montrose, CA; brothers and sisters-in-law Tom and Mary Strauss of Youngstown, and Ed and Mary Anne Strauss of Boardman; nephews/nieces Tommy and Cheryl Strauss of Canfield and Eric and Sue Andreatta of Boardman; by scores of other nieces, nephews; grandnieces and nephews; great-grandnieces and nephews; and by many friends. Friends may call on Saturday November 30, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 1:25 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 343 Via Mount Carmel, Youngstown, Ohio. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown.
