Apopka, Fl. - There will be a Mass of Christian Burial held on Friday, October 25, 2013 at 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, Youngstown, with the Very Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio Jr. officiating, preceded by a 12:15 p.m. prayer service held at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman, for Pasqueline "Pat" Valleriani, 96, of Apopka, Florida, formerly of the Youngstown area, who passed away suddenly at Horizon Bay Retirement Living Center on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013. She was born April 8, 1917 in Lowellville, Ohio to James and Concetta Ross. Pat was very proud of her family and heritage and held them both high regard. She will be remembered for her work ethic as she and her husband developed a successful restaurant in Lakeland, Fl from scratch. They lived between Youngstown and Lakeland, Florida and were very close to each other's families. Pat is survived by her daughter Rita (Thomas) Sanzenbacher, her grandchildren Mary Wilson & Claudia (Tony) Cometa and her great grandchildren Colin & Dylan. In addition there are five nieces and nephews; JoAnne DeLetis, Wayne Ross, Carol Ameen, Jim Joy and Angela Petracca. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband Jim Valleriani to whom she was married for 60 years and she is the last sibling in the Ross family of Augustine Ross, Theresa Joy, Mary Yeropoli, and Tony Ross. Entombment will take place at Calvary Cemetery, Youngstown.
