Youngstown - There will be a funeral service held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman, for Patricia R. "Pat" Noday, 90, formerly of Sheridan Rd., who passed away Saturday morning, February 7, 2015 at Hospice House. Pat was born April 19, 1924 in Warren and moved to Youngstown as a child and was a lifelong area resident. She worked for Strouss's along with G.M. McKelvey Co. for over 13 years before retiring. Pat enjoyed sports and was an avid golfer and bowler. She participated in a number of ladies leagues throughout the area. Pat had a passion for animals and had a soft spot in her heart for cats. She loved her family and always enjoyed the holidays and all the other family events. Pat treasured being together with her grandchildren, especially with her great grandson Anthony whom she adored. Her husband Anthony B. Noday whom she married October 14, 1940 died October 31, 1995. She leaves behind to hold on to her precious memories a son Robert (Sandy) Noday of Canfield, two grandsons James (Kim) Noday and Thomas Noday both of Boardman and a great grandson Anthony. Pat also leaves her second family who always showed her love and respect Colleen Ackerman and Fred of Youngstown, Devin Wilkes and Jeanette of Canfiled, and Casey (Amy) Wilkes of Berlin Center and numerous grandchildren. Besides her husband, Patricia was preceded in death by an infant grandson Mark Noday. Friends may call on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:50 a.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home 4700 Market St., Boardman. Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Boardman.
