Columbus – There will be a funeral service held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 12:00 pm at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, Boardman, with Pastor Lisa M. Parker officiating, for Porfilio Salvador Hernandez, 29, of Columbus, formerly of Youngstown, passed away Thursday, December 28, 2017.

Porfilio will always be remembered and loved by his family and friends for his generosity and outgoing personality.

He was born April 29, 1988 in Youngstown the son of Fortunato Hernandez and Angelique Perez.

Porfilio attended Chaney High School and had many passions throughout his life. He enjoyed cooking, playing pool and drawing, but he especially was loved spending time with his children. He took great pride and was very talented as a tattoo artist. .

He leaves behind to hold onto his memories, his mother Angelique (Donald) Fields, four children Kahlyk, N'Vii and Angelbeauty Perkins-Hernandez and Zayvea Francis, his grandparents, a sister Courtney Hernandez, three brothers Corey Robinson, Benjamin Perez and Malique Fields along with many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father Fortunato Hernandez.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 11:00 am until 11:55 am at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman (new location).
