There will be a Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, December 14, 2017, at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 7345 Westview Drive in Boardman with Father Philip Rogers officiating, for Ronald "Ron" Fleming, 49, of Youngstown, who passed away at his residence on Saturday, December 9, 2017.
Ron was born on August 13, 1968 in Washington, Pennsylvania, the son of Frederick II and Donna (Smith) Fleming and moved to the Youngstown area as an infant.
He was a 1986 graduate of Boardman High School, and worked doing landscaping for over 25 years with A & B Lawn Service.
Ron had many passions throughout his life. He enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles, camping, boating and being outdoors. Ron also enjoyed riding his motorcycle and was a huge Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. He had love for animals especially for dogs.
He leaves behind to hold onto his memories his mother Donna Fleming, two brothers Frederick Fleming III and Brian Fleming both of Boardman, two aunts Rose Federoff of Monroeville, Pennsylvania and Joyce Arent of Washington, Pennsylvania, an uncle Steve Jr. (Mary) Smith of Level Green, Pennsylvania and many cousins and friends along with his beloved pet dogs Cowboy and Bella.
Ron was preceded in death by his father, his paternal grandparents Frederick (Martha) Fleming and maternal grandparents Steve Sr. (Blanche) Smith.
Family and friends may pay their respects to Ron and his family on Thursday morning, December 14, 2017 from 10:00 am until 10:50 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Boardman.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4221 Market Street in Boardman (new location).
Burial will take place at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Boardman.
