Youngstown - There was a funeral service held on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 market St., Boardman with the Very Rev. Msgr. Michael J. Cariglio officiating, for Rosemarie Buccieri, 76, of Youngstown, who passed away on Tuesday, January 20, 2015 after a short illness. She will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends. Rosemarie was born December 27, 1938 in Youngstown, the daughter of Walter and Ann Bunko and was a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of McDonald High School along with being a proud homemaker. Rosemarie was a member of St. Patrick Church and loved animals. She leaves behind to hold on to her memories her beloved husband of over 28 years Dominic Buccieri whom she married June 21, 1986, her children Michael Hicks of Oklahoma, David (Elena) Hicks of Alaska and James Hicks of Minnesota, a step daughter Phyllis (Frank) Prato of Poland, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a sister Janet Kunevich of California. Besides her parents Rosemarie was preceded in death a son Mark Hicks. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman.
