Struthers - There were private services held on Saturday morning, October 25, 2014, at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman, for Roxann M. Carcelli, 63, of Struthers, who passed away Sunday morning, October 19, 2014. Roxann will always be remembered and loved by her family and friends for her wonderful personality, beautiful smile and her devotion to her family. She was born August 9, 1951 in Youngstown, the daughter of Fred and Dora (Bovara) Raney and was a lifelong area resident. Roxann was a 1969 graduate of Struthers High School. She was a proud homemaker and devoted her whole life to her family. Roxann's grandchildren were the apple of her eye and for the last five years they would all take a trip together to Disney World. . She leaves behind to hold on to her precious memories her beloved husband of over 45 years Robert D. Carcelli Jr., whom she married June 21, 1969, two sons Robert D. III (Erin) Carcelli and Jason (FiancAC. Aubrey) Carcelli both of Struthers, three grandchildren Robert D. IV, Alyssa and Angelina, a sister-in-law who was more of a sister, Donna (Joe) Sanetrick of Canfield, and her beloved pet dog Lily. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by a brother-in-law Rick Carcelli and her beloved dog Spike. Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman.
