Youngstown - There will be a funeral service held on Friday, March 29, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman for Ryan Chase Basora, 26, of Youngstown, who died March 25, 2013 as the result of a car accident. Ryan was born October 15, 1986 in Youngstown, the son of Jose and Rhea (Chesser) Basora. Ryan was a 2005 graduate from Boardman High School where he played football. In 2010, Ryan graduated from the University of Akron with a degree in sports management. While at Akron, Ryan was an active member in his fraternity, Phi Sigma Kappa. Ryan loved sports, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers. Ryan was employed at Montrose Ford and enjoyed coaching in his free time. Ryan attended Crossroads Church in Austintown, Ohio. Ryan leaves behind an adoring family including his parents, brothers, Deland (Erica) of Cincinnati and Armondo (Pam) of Canton , niece Mia, nephew Theodore, and of course the family dog Blue. The visitation will be held on Friday March 29, 2013 from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market Street in Boardman. In lieu of flowers, the family requests material donations can be made to The Ryan C Basora Scholarship Fund at the University of Akron. Donations can be sent to: The Ryan C.
