There will be a Mass of Christian burial held on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at 10 am at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church in Youngstown, Ohio with Very Reverend Monsignor Michael J. Cariglio, Jr. officiating, preceded by 9:15 am prayer service at the Rossi and Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market Street in Boardman, for Theresa Rose Mandoline, 85, formerly of Youngstown, who died on February 3, 2013. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 at 10 am at St. Thomas a'Becket Parish in Canton, MI. Theresa Rose Frazzini Mandoline was born on July 28, 1927 and died on Sunday, February 3, 2013. She was born in Youngstown, Ohio to Vincenzo and Anna Frazzini. Theresa married Julius Mandoline on June 21, 1947. She was preceded in death by Julius who died on August 3, 2008. They lived in Liberty Twp., Ohio until 2002 then moved to Canton, MI. Theresa moved to Genoa, Ohio after the death of Julius. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and while there belonged to the Mothers' of the Crucifix Society, St. Monica Guild, church choir and Senior Citizens Club. After moving to Canton she joined St. Thomas a'Becket Parish were she was a member of the Poke -n STAB Quilters the Bunko Club and the STA-50 Club. Theresa was a graduate of East High School and enjoyed arts and crafts, cooking and baking, playing Bingo, shopping, singing and playing Bunko. She loved everything about the Genoa Retirement Center. She leaves daughter Joyce Hansen (Hans) of Canton, MI, daughter Elaine Chrismas (Robert) of Genoa, Ohio, granddaughter Charina Hansen of Canton, MI, and grandson Chris Hansen (Emily) of Novi, MI and a sister Rose Janesh of Struthers. Friends may call on Friday, February 8, 2013 from 4 to 8 pm at the Rossi and Santucci Funeral Home, 4700 Market Street in Boardman. Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.
