BOARDMAN - There will be a funeral liturgy Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. John's Greek Orthodox Church, celebrated by Fr. Thomas Constantine, for Thomas Albert Prosser, 77 who passed away Saturday morning at his residence surrounded by his family. Tom was born Dec. 29,1937, in Youngstown, a son of the late Albert and Emma Prosser, and has been a lifelong area resident. He graduated from Struthers High School and worked for more than 30 years in retail advertising at The Vindicator until retiring. Tom was a longtime member of St. John's Greek Orthodox Parish and enjoyed golfing in The Vindicator Golf League. He was an Ohio State fan and loved his golden retriever dogs. He will be greatly missed by his wife, Anna Prosser, whom he married on March 5, 1967, and with whom he had just celebrated a 48th wedding anniversary. He will also be missed by his daughter, Maritsa (Chris) Fink of Boardman; son George Prosser, also of Boardman; his sister, Lois Fornier of Texas; his five grandchildren, Alexandria and Anna Fink, and Jordan, Nicklaus and Brianna Prosser, all of Boardman.
