Bill Frost

Struthers - Billy Joe “Bill” Frost, 67, of Struthers Ohio passed away peacefully on Saturday afternoon, July 6, 2024 surrounded by loved ones.

Bill was born in Jacksonville Florida and then sent to Youngstown, to be raised by William and Eleanor Buxton. He later in life connected with his father Bernie Julian of Bradford Pennsylvania.

Bill attended Chaney High School. He retired from Youngstown State University as a maintenance supervisor.

Bill was an avid sports fan and loved rooting on his favorite teams the Miami Dolphins and Los Angeles Lakers. He truly loved going to music concerts and was a die-hard Alice Cooper fan.

Bill leaves behind two daughters Melissa Hart and Bradie Frost, six grandchildren Madelyn Frost, Anastasia Worsencroft, Joseph Hart, Azlynn Hart, Kaylee Frost, and Tyler Frost, three great grandchildren, his three sisters Diana Phetterplace, Judith Carr, Sherry Julian- Isackson (Paul) and his longtime best friend David Reese along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Bill is now reunited with his longtime girlfriend Anna Marie Galbraith and bonus daughter Charity Ann Robertson along with many other family members that preceded him in death.

Family and friends may pay their respects on Friday, July 19, 2024 from 6:00 pm until 6:50 pm at Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman where a funeral service will take place at 7:00 pm with Pastor Jonathan Moore.
