Janet Rae (Kimble) Gligor

Janet Rae Gligor (Kimble), 59, of Poland, a devoted mother, grandmother, and youngest child of 15, passed away peacefully in the company of family on early Monday morning July 8, 2024 due to cancer.

She was born May 8th, 1965 in Youngstown, the daughter of Porter and Grace (Rogers) Kimble.

Janet poured her heart into being a mother, but beyond that had many hobbies. She enjoyed reading, word puzzles, karaoke, Bingo, playing cards with her sisters/family, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was fortunate to stay home with her children until they became school aged, then worked in the food service industry. She will be sorely missed but never forgotten.

She is survived by her children; John Gligor III (39) Jessica Colella (36), Jennifer Gligor (35), and Justine “Gracie” McGee (32); the father of her children, John Gligor Jr.; 5 remaining siblings: Marty (Rod) McEwan, Donna (Mason) Evans, Karen Hoopes, Bonnie McTague, and William “Bill” (Betty) Kimble, as well as 8 grandchildren; Dominic, John, Trenton, Peyton, Julian, Nathan, Bella, and Roland.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the professional care of the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman.
