Those of us that had the pleasure of knowing Mary Ann will always remember her for her spunkiness, kindness, generosity and being such a wonderful mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend.
She was the first baby to be born on Christmas Day, December 25, 1936, in Youngstown, the daughter of Perry and Mary (Marion) Santangelo and was a lifelong area resident.

She always centered her life around her family, making them her top priority. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family along with babysitting her grandchildren. Mary Ann was an excellent cook and a wonderful baker, and her family will miss all her delicious meals and desserts.
Mary Ann was a long time member of Holy Family Parish and also enjoyed playing cards in her 500 card club.
