Youngstown - Patricia M. Loibl, 81, of Youngstown, passed away peacefully in her sleep at her residence on Friday, June 28, 2024.
Patricia was born January 4 1943 in Brooklyn, New York, the fourth daughter of Louis and Elizabeth Loibl.
Aunt Pat, as she was affectionately called by her family, was a retired registered nurse who had worked in the Intensive Care unit at Mercy Health - St. Elizabeth Youngstown and at several area nursing homes before her retirement years ago.
She loved animals, especially her beloved dog, Mia. She enjoyed eating out, gardening, and trips to area casinos to play games of chance.
Patricia leaves to cherish her memory her brother Louis Loibl, sister-in-law Lauri Loibl, her brother-in-law, Kenneth Frease, her sister-in-law, Karen Loibl and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Besides her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her brother Joseph Loibl and her sisters Louise Larson, Janet Frease, and Shirley Butryn.
Family and friends may pay their respects on Saturday, July 6, 2024 from 12:00 pm until 12:50 pm at Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, 4221 Market St., Boardman followed by a funeral service at 1:00 pm with Father John Jerek as celebrant.
Entombment will take place privately at Calvary Cemetery where she will lay at rest near her great friend Barbara Erickson.
