Since Chelsey was in the third grade, at St. Charles Elementary School, he always dreamed of being a Funeral Director. It's a passion for him, and always has been. He loves working with people in their most difficult times and strives to make things a little easier for them. Chelsey graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1997 and went on to attend Youngstown State University. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2002 and continued on to graduate in 2003 from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science with an Associates Degree. Chelsey, along with his staff, always go the extra mile.  They are a family owned business with strong ties to our community.

Joseph Carrier

Joseph Carrier

Funeral Director & Embalmer

Joe is a proud native of Youngstown's west side. He graduated from Saint Christine Elementary School in 2010 and is a member of the 2014 graduating class of Ursuline High School. Joe earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from John Carroll University in 2018 and his Associate's Degree from The Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science in 2019. He is the son of Nancy Gelonese-Kirchner and Joseph P. Carrier Sr. and the grandson of Funeral Director and Embalmer, Eugene Gelonese, who passed away in 1978. Joe and his wife, Ashley (Amendol) Carrier, belong to Saint Christine Parish in Youngstown.

Mary D. Rossi

Mary D. Rossi

1940 - 2019

Mary Rossi was married to Peter Rossi Jr. of Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel.  She has three children and three grandchildren.  Mary retired in 1990 after 31 years in the Warren City School district.  

Mary was a Funeral Director with Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, as well as Co-Owner and Secretary at Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel. Mary graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Education and in Elementary Education.

Mary enjoyed Tennis, Golf, Bowling, Snow Skiing, and Machine Knitting. Mary's attention to detail, compassion for the families, and quality of presentation is what set her apart.  

Mary's influence on Mr. Santucci has made his business what it is today; a place of experience, trust and professionalism. 

Mary passed away in April of 2019 but her spirit and memories will remain with the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home family for years to come.

Mike is our Contract Manager.  Mike has a BSBA Major in Accounting and Minor in Economics and Finance.  He is a Cardinal Mooney Graduate, from the Class of 1982.

William Petruzzi

Funeral Associate

Bill has been with Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home since 2010. It is his responsibility to escort the funeral procession. He particularly enjoys working with the staff at Rossi & Santucci.

Bill is a Paralegal and studied Engineering for two years in college.

Bill feels that the attention and compassion that are shown to grieving families, is what sets Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home apart. He feels that Chelsey Santucci is by far, the best at what he does.

Don retired from Packard Electric in 1999, after 35 years of service.

Renee has been with Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home since 2008. She enjoys assisting family members during their difficult time. She feels delivers assuring comfort to family and friends. She enjoys being there to help in any way that she can.

Renee feels that Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home is a family oriented funeral home. She, along with the rest of the staff strive to make the process as easy as possible on the grieving family. She feels that an asset of the company is that they listen to the desires and wishes of the family, and then do their absolute best to meet those needs.

Renee was inspired to serve families in their time of need, when her own father passed away in 2007. She knew she wanted to help others get through their painful times. She feels honored and proud to be a part of Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home.

Al has been with Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home since 2018.  He was born in Baiano, Italy and came to America in 1971.  He has a BFA from YSU (1993) and also graduated from Campbell Memorial HS.  He enjoys the close friendships between the staff and the respect they show for each other.  He feels that families should chose Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home because they take pride in giving grieving families the special care they need during their difficult times.

Jim has been with Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home since 2019. He feels that working at Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home allows him to continue to serve people in their time of need.  

Jim is a retired school teacher, coach and Athletic Director at Liberty High School where he began in 1978.  Service to others is something that he feels has always been his calling in life.  

The care and compassion of the staff at Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home is what sets them apart from other funeral homes in the valley.
