Owner, Funeral Director & Embalmer
Since Chelsey was in the third grade, at St. Charles Elementary School, he always dreamed of being a Funeral Director. It's a passion for him, and always has been. He loves working with people in their most difficult times and strives to make things a little easier for them. Chelsey graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in 1997 and went on to attend Youngstown State University. He graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration in 2002 and continued on to graduate in 2003 from the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science with an Associates Degree. Chelsey, along with his staff, always goes the extra mile. They are a family-owned business with strong ties to our community.

Joe is a proud native of Youngstown's west side. He graduated from Saint Christine Elementary School in 2010 and is a member of the 2014 graduating class of Ursuline High School. Mary Rossi was married to Peter Rossi Jr. of Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel. She has three children and three grandchildren. Mary retired in 1990 after 31 years in the Warren City School District.
Mary was a Funeral Director with Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home, as well as Co-Owner and Secretary at Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel. Mary graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Deaf Education and in Elementary Education.

Mary passed away in April of 2019, but her spirit and memories will remain with the Rossi & Santucci Funeral Home family for years to come.
